Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients in English and Spanish (phone, email, and in-person)
- Assist attorneys with court and litigation preparation
- Prepare and assemble USCIS applications and supporting evidence
- Manage calendaring, deadlines, and case follow-up
- Handle telephonic and written correspondence
- Support additional office and case-related responsibilities as needed
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- 3 years of immigration paralegal experience required
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
- Bachelor’s degree and/or relevant certification(s) preferred
- Enthusiasm and passion for immigration law and client service
- Supportive, flexible, and collaborative work environment
- Mentorship and opportunities for growth in the legal field
- Competitive salary: $62,000 – $75,000 (depending on experience)
