What You’ll Do
- Conduct assessments & create individualized treatment plans
- Provide caregiver training & family support
- Supervise and mentor RBTs/BTs
- Analyze behavioral data to guide interventions
- Collaborate with a supportive clinical team
- Active BCBA certification & state licensure
- Master’s in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- $5,000 sign-on bonus
