Role Overview
We are seeking a hands-on Technical Architect specializing in Generative AI to lead the design and implementation of next-generation AI solutions. The ideal candidate will be both a strategic thinker and a practical builder—comfortable designing architectures and developing proof-of-concepts using modern AI frameworks and large language models (LLMs).
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and build GenAI and LLM-based applications leveraging frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Semantic Kernel.
- Design and deploy Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and integrate LLMs with enterprise systems and APIs.
- Collaborate with data scientists and product teams to deliver production-grade AI systems.
- Evaluate emerging models, vector databases, and tools in the GenAI ecosystem for scalability and performance.
- Lead technical design reviews, mentor engineers, and ensure adherence to best practices in AI architecture.
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in Python and hands-on experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, or Azure OpenAI APIs.
- Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma) and embedding models.
- Proven expertise in designing end-to-end GenAI or RAG solutions.
- Knowledge of AI architecture patterns, including prompt chaining, multi-agent workflows, and tool orchestration.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with LLMOps, LangGraph, or AI platform engineering.
- Exposure to multimodal AI (text, image, or audio).
- Cloud expertise in AWS, GCP.
