Employer: Independent Food Truck Vendor (Not an Apache Nugget Corporation Position)
An independent food truck vendor operating on-site at Apache Nugget Casino is currently seeking a dependable and hardworking Prep Cook to support daily kitchen operations.
Position: Prep Cook
Pay Rate: $12.00/hour Tips
Schedule: Hours will vary based on availability and business needs.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare ingredients and food items for daily service
- Maintain clean and sanitary workstations
- Assist cooks with food preparation and kitchen support
- Stock and organize food supplies
- Follow all food handling and safety procedures
Qualifications:
- Kitchen or food prep experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule availability, including nights and weekends
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Strong work ethic and willingness to work varying shifts based on business needs
