• Ability to work in a team and have communication skills
• Bend Reach Pull Push Climb
• Lift to 50 pounds repetitively
• Read a Recipe to ensure batches are weighed correctly
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to perform basic paperwork
• Ability to understand basic math and weight terminology

• Load raw materials into mixer bins as needed to replenish the mix formulation used on the extruders
• Have a full knowledge of raw materials
• Keep the mixed area and warehouse clean and debris-free
• Any Other Duty as deemed necessary by the team leader/shift supervisor
• Min. 2 yrs. Machine Operating Experience
• LTO Experience
