EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
· Equivalent combination of education and leadership experience.
· Requires the knowledge, skills, and abilities to work with personal computers, player tracking card systems, gaming devices, safety equipment, etc.
· One year of work experience in a position that required supervision of staff.
· Strong leadership skills and customer service orientation required.
· Must be able to work effectively with peers, team members, and regulatory agency personnel.
· Strong computer skills to include effective working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products. Knowledge of finance/cage related management, information and reporting systems preferred.
· Strong written and oral communication skills required.
· Ability to solve problems and deal with a variety of situations where only limited standardization exists.
· Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
ESENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Leads all elements of the casino’s Drop/Count operations in the absence of supervisor or manager.
· Carries out procedures and trains team members in keeping with casino policies, procedures, and practices.
· Supervises and assists team members with the daily drop and count functions.
· Leads and assists team members with the daily drop and count functions.
· Ensures security protocols are followed when opening and closing gaming machines.
· Ensures drop/count team members are following and in compliance with the casino appearance standards.
· Promotes outstanding team members and guest relations.
· Ensures compliance with all applicable regulations, laws, internal policies/procedures, and internal control protocols.
· Issues written and oral instructions in the absence of supervisor or manager.
· Assigns duties and examines work for exactness, neatness, and conformance to policies and procedures.
· Performs other related duties as may be assigned by reporting supervisor or manager.
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
