CDL A Flex Driver - Salaried Position
Our Flex/Support Drivers are the best of the best. They work directly with Operations Managers, Customer, and Drivers to ensure excellent customer service to our dedicated long-term accounts.
We are looking for a committed professional driver whom has a desire to grow their driving career, travel, train and educate new and existing drivers, and be an integral part of the companies' problem solving and improvement process.

Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary of $95,000-$96,500 per year based on experience and endorsements
- Annual pay raises

Requirements
- CDL Class A License
- 12 months recent CDL driving experience
- DOT drug test, physical, and good MVR
- Hazmat Endorsement preferred, but not required
- Doubles Endorsement preferred, but not required
- Flatbed experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to lift, bend, push, and pull
- Willing to travel frequently
- Excellent communicator and creative thinker
- Positive attitude and approach
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Must be able to work any shift (including 3rd shift/overnights)
- Must have reliable transportation
Responsibilities
- Safety operate various types of CMVs in accordance with Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance checks on trucks and trailers; report any issues promptly
- Ensure proper loading and unloading of cargo
- Complete customer deliveries in a safe, timely, and efficient manner
- Provide excellent attention to detail with customer deliveries and time needs
- Communicate effectively with management and customers
- Adhere to company policies
- Be a model of our safety culture and customer service
