Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and reliable Local CDL Class B Driver to join our team! In this role, you will operate a variety of commercial vehicles to deliver freight efficiently within local routes. Your expertise in truck driving, route management, and load handling will ensure timely deliveries while maintaining safety standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic logistics operation with a focus on customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
Position Details
- 1st shift; Monday - Friday 5:00am-1:00pm
- Multi-stop delivery routes
- 28' straight truck with lift gate
- Requires frequent handling of freight
- Utilize lift gates and manual pallet jacks
- Scanning individual product codes when delivering
Compensation and Benefits
- 1st shift - $24.25 per hour

Responsibilities
- Safely operate a CDL Class B CMV
- Complete customer deliveries in a safe, timely, and efficient manner
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving
- Ensure proper loading and unloading of cargo
- Inspect vehicle for any maintenance issues and report as needed
- Communicate effectively with customers and management to provide excellent service throughout the delivery process
Requirements
- Valid CDL Class B
- Hazmat endorsement preferred
- 12 months recent commercial driving experience
- Multi-stop delivery and freight handling experience preferred
- Experience must be in similar equipment
- Ability to bend, lift, push, and pull
- DOT drug test, physical, and a good MVR
Pay: $24.25 per hour
