Join a Fast‑Growing Operation — We Need a Strong Part Time Office/Forklift Hybrid NO!

We’re looking for a motivated, forklift‑certified Office Assistant who can jump in and make an immediate impact. If you’re the type who likes staying busy, switching between office work and warehouse support, and keeping operations moving — this role is built for you. You’ll handle data entry, scanning, emailing documents, updating logs, and supporting billing, while also stepping in to operate a forklift for loading/unloading when needed.If you want a stable part‑time schedule AND a role that values both your administrative and warehouse skills, we want to talk to you.

Duties

  • Data Entry — Enter shipment and billing data with accuracy and speed
  • Document Scanning — Digitize and organize critical paperwork
  • Email Distribution — Send documents to customers, agents, and internal teams
  • Log Updating — Keep operational and billing logs current
  • Billing Support — Assist with preparing and sending billing packets
  • Forklift Operation — Safely load/unload shipments as needed (must be certified)
  • Support leadership with additional office or warehouse tasks

Qualifications

  • Prior office experience with strong computer literacy in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and data entry skills.
  • Valid forklift certification with demonstrated safe operation skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong clerical and administrative experience, filing, proofreading, and calendar management.
  • Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills to support clients professionally.

Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
