- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 3 years of experience in construction, estimating, field engineering, or a related role
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively with diverse teams
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
- Roadway, paving, or heavy civil construction experience preferred
