Job Description:
We are looking for bright individuals who are open to learning and want to build a long term career with our company.
Responsibilities would include but not be limited to:
- Customer Service
- Order fulfillment
- Import processing administration
- Communicating with overseas vendors
- Inventory transportation coordination (i.e. contacting and negotiating with carriers)
- Understanding and responding to customer inquiries and requests
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must be hardworking, accountable and organized
- Candidate should be proficient in MS Word, Excel, and general computer skills.
- Candidate must be fluent in Mandarin Chinese (reading, writing, typing and speaking)
- Candidate needs to have excellent communication skills.
- Must be able to work well in a friendly team oriented environment
Minimum Education Level:
- Bachelors or Associates Degree
