Job Overview
The Preconstruction Project Manager will assist the Senior Preconstruction PM in leading and managing all preconstruction activities for foundation testing of solar array projects.
Duties
- Ensuring all documentation is completed for the customer job sites
- Ensuring PO and other legal documentation is completed prior to crews deploying
- Scheduling skid steer equipment and dig tickets for customer sites
- Assist in scheduling crews to deploy out to project sites
- Ensuring daily reporting by the crews is accurate and completed
- Coordination with customers and internal teams to ensure projects are properly planned and daily documentation is completed prior to undeploying site
- Assist in classroom and hands on training of new Testing Technicians
- This position is NOT REMOTE, but rather in office 80% as some travel to job sites will be required.
- ·Must have a drivers license in good standing for past 3 years due to driving APA Solar vehicles
Experience
- Knowledge of construction site operations, safety protocols, and logistical planning is desirable.
- Experience with skid steer/bobcat preferred
- High level of organization is required. We have up to 10 active sites each week to manage across the US.
- Detailed oriented and ability to use planning tools and excel required.
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
