Role: HVAC Parts Specialist
We're looking for a Parts Specialist at APA as we are experiencing explosive growth! In this role, you’ll work with the Parts Manager to facilitate HVAC Parts sales as you learn to understand our clients' needs, recommend the right parts, and help them make informed decisions. Role: HVAC Parts Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Conduct sales of HVAC parts, online, in-person and via telephone.
- Handle all customer inquiries regarding parts, projects or tracking.
- Identify the best parts for the job and process the subsequent orders.
- Follow up on orders, either verbally or in writing, to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and package merchandise for customer pick up or shipment.
- Provide support for inventory control and accuracy.
- Strong customer service aptitude
- Excellent typing, documentation, and communication skills
- Ability to work out of our Weymouth, MA office Monday – Friday
- Availability to work 7am – 4pm
- HVAC industry a plus but not required

Salary : $29 - $35
