This is a full-time, onsite opportunity for a Senior Accountant within the construction industry, based in the greater Buffalo, New York area.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining accurate financial records.
- Preparing and managing budgets.
- Overseeing accounts payable and receivable.
- Producing financial reports
- Ensuring compliance with applicable financial regulations.
- Works closely with project management and operations teams to support cost tracking, financial analysis, and forecasting.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA) preferred
Experience
- Prior experience in construction or a related industry is highly desirable
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics
- Proficiency with accounting software, data entry, and financial reporting
- Strong understanding of financial compliance, tax preparation, and regulatory standards
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Salary : $70,000 - $85,000
