ERP Implementation Analyst
AP Professionals has partnered with a global leader that specializes in design and manufacturing They are seeking an experienced ERP Implementation Analyst to join their dynamic team and play a key role in the deployment and optimization of their ERP system across multiple sites. This individual will collaborate across departments—Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Finance—to ensure the ERP system supports business goals and drives operational efficiency.
**Sage X3 experience is preferred, but open to other large scale ERP implementation experience.**
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to understand site-specific requirements and align them with global ERP standards
- Support the deployment and implementation of SAGE X3, including data migration, configuration, and testing
- Lead acceptance testing sessions and conduct user training (on-site and virtual)
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and customizations (SSRS, BAQs, forms) to improve system utilization
- Provide daily ERP user support and troubleshooting in the U.S.
- Participate in multi-site ERP rollouts and ongoing enhancements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on ad-hoc and special projects
- Create and maintain training materials and documentation for system users
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with a strong understanding of production workflows
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience implementing or supporting ERP systems (SAGE preferred but not required)
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of SQL and SSRS and/or Crystal Reports
- Proven project management experience in ERP deployment or process improvement
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to partner across all levels of the organization
- Experience supporting multi-site ERP environments
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with Visual Basic
- General IT support experience
- Experience developing and delivering user training
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global team environment
Salary : $80,000 - $95,000
