We're looking for an on-call Market Research Caller to help gather feedback from businesses as projects come up. Qualifications
- Needs to be able to speak and read Japanese or Vietnamese
- Strong verbal communication skills; comfortable speaking with unfamiliar businesses
- Reliable and detail-oriented
- Able to respond quickly when called upon for a project
- Basic computer skills (spreadsheets, CRM, or survey software)
- Prior phone, customer service, or sales experience a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to businesses when a survey project is active
- Introduce the survey's purpose clearly and professionally
- Administer a short survey (approx. 5 minutes) and record responses accurately
- Track call outcomes (completed, declined, callback needed, etc.)
- Respond promptly when contacted about an upcoming project
Pay: $25.00 per hour
