Seeking an experienced IS Project Manager to lead imaging and medical device initiatives within a large healthcare organization. This role is heavily focused on CT scanner and surgical imaging deployments, along with broader medical device projects across hospitals and clinical sites.
The Project Manager will own multiple concurrent imaging and medical device projects, partnering closely with clinical engineering, imaging, IT, and operational teams. Responsibilities span the full project lifecycle—from charter development and planning through implementation, go‑live, and post‑deployment support—ensuring solutions are fully integrated into clinical workflows and compliant with healthcare regulatory standards.
This role requires strong healthcare project management fundamentals, hands‑on imaging experience, and the ability to deliver complex medical device projects in highly regulated clinical environments.
Required Experience
- Healthcare project management experience within hospital or clinical environments supporting medical device projects, including imaging and non‑imaging devices
- Imaging technology experience is required, specifically CT scanners and/or surgical imaging system
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects through full lifecycle deliver
- Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams across clinical engineering, imaging, IT, and operation
- Strong stakeholder communication, documentation, and executive reporting skill
- Familiarity with device lifecycle management, interoperability, and regulatory requirements (HIPAA, Joint Commission)
