AP Professional Security is seeking a Security Field Supervisor / Account Manager to support our officers and maintain strong relationships with the clients we serve. This role combines hands-on field supervision with day-to-day account oversight. The right candidate is dependable, communicates clearly, and can resolve issues professionally while keeping operations on track.
Responsibilities

Visit assigned sites, inspect officer performance, and verify that post orders and client requirements are being followed.

Coach officers, address performance concerns, and assist with training and onboarding.

Serve as a point of contact for clients, respond to concerns, and follow through on service requests.

Help coordinate staffing and coverage, including responding to callouts and urgent site needs.

Review incident reports and daily activity reports for accuracy and timely completion.

Document site visits, client communications, and corrective actions.

Respond to incidents and work with company leadership, clients, and emergency responders as needed.
Qualifications

Experience in security operations or field supervision.

Strong judgment, organization, and customer service skills.

Ability to write clear reports and use mobile reporting and scheduling tools.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Ability to meet applicable South Carolina security licensing requirements.

Flexibility to respond to operational needs outside regular business hours.
Supervisory experience and experience managing multiple client sites are preferred.
