Duties

• Assist in preparing pizza ingredients and assembling orders efficiently to ensure timely delivery
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing customer orders, sales, and transactions
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and service areas to ensure food safety compliance
• Handle cash register operations accurately, including processing cash transactions and giving correct change
• Support food handling procedures by following safety protocols and proper sanitation practices
• Assist with operating kitchen equipment like ovens, mixers, and prep stations safely and effectively
• Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, upselling menu items, and ensuring a positive dining experience

Requirements

• Previous experience in food preparation or quick service restaurants is preferred but not required; training will be provided
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours
• Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and order processing
• Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
• Ability to stand for extended periods and operate kitchen equipment safely
• Retail sales experience or cashiering skills are advantageous but not mandatory
