Job Summary
The Contract Recruiter will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment across a variety of roles within the organization. This position is a W2 contract assignment (3–6 months) and will work remotely in close partnership with hiring managers and HR leadership to attract, assess, and secure top talent.
*The ideal candidate must reside in Houston, Texas, as this is a 3–6-month contract position with the possibility of extension. The role will be 75% remote.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers.
Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop targeted sourcing strategies.
Leverage online platforms, job boards, networking, and social media to attract qualified candidates.
Provide a positive candidate experience through timely communication and professional interactions.
Track recruiting activity, pipeline metrics, and candidate progress using the company’s applicant tracking system.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and company hiring policies.
Qualifications
Required
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or a related field.
3 years of proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in healthcare or related industries.
2 years of recruiting experience utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed.
Strong sourcing skills with the ability to identify and engage passive talent.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Preferred
Experience using Google Workspace platforms (Google Sheets, Docs, and Drive).
Previous experience recruiting for healthcare or medical roles.
Physical Requirements
Ability to sit for extended periods of time at a desk and working on a computer
Ability to communicate effectively in person, over the phone, or via virtual meeting
Ability to maintain focus in a typical office environment with moderate noise levels
Ability to perform repetitive motions with hands and arms, such as typing.
