  • Ensure timely and accurate capital calls and distributions in coordination with funding schedules and receivable purchases.

Intra- and Intercompany Accounting Oversight

  • Maintain clear audit trails and documentation for inter-entity agreements and allocations.
  • Reconcile intercompany balances monthly and eliminate appropriately in consolidated reporting.
  • Ensure all intercompany transactions are arm’s-length and compliant with regulatory/tax expectations.

Cash Flow Management & Treasury Operations

  • Manage cash across operating and SPE entities, including escrow, and reserve accounts.
  • Develop and maintain rolling cash flow forecasts across multiple entities.
  • Coordinate with the CFO, banks, investors, and internal stakeholders on cash needs, availability, and capital movements.
  • Oversee reserve tracking, working capital optimization, and cash-on-cash return forecasting.

Financial Reporting & Month-End Close

  • Lead the monthly and quarterly close process across both the company and SPE, ensuring completeness, timeliness, and GAAP compliance.
  • Consolidate financials and prepare internal reports including P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and investor performance analytics.
  • Prepare board packages, investor updates, and lender compliance documentation.
  • Support annual audit and tax processes in coordination with external advisors.

Budgeting, Forecasting & Performance Analysis

  • Develop and maintain company- and SPE-level budgets, forecasts, and key performance dashboards.
  • Model financial performance scenarios based on receivables purchase velocity, collection performance, and investor return expectations.
  • Track IRR, multiple on invested capital (MOIC), and working capital velocity.

Governance, Controls & Compliance

  • Ensure internal controls are designed and functioning effectively across both entities.
  • Monitor compliance with all legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations—including HIPAA, investor agreements, and tax requirements.
  • Maintain accurate, auditable records for all transactions—especially those involving investor funds or intercompany activity.
  • Ensure adherence to terms in SPE operating agreements and intercompany service agreements.
