Job Responsibilities
- Perform residential and/or commercial cleaning services, including:
- Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors
- Dusting surfaces, baseboards, and fixtures
- Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, kitchens, and other common areas
- Taking out trash and recycling
- Restocking supplies (as needed)
- Follow specific instructions and cleaning checklists provided per job
- Maintain a professional appearance and attitude while on-site
- Communicate effectively with team leads and clients if necessary
- Safely operate cleaning equipment and use provided supplies properly
- Report any issues, damages, or supply needs in a timely manner
Requirements
- Must have personal transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
- Prior cleaning experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Flexibility in scheduling
- Must be punctual, reliable, and professional at all times
Job Details
- Contingent (as-needed basis) or Part-time
- throughout Macomb, Oakland, and Wayne Counties
