We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Teacher Aide / Instructional Assistant to support classroom teachers and help create a positive learning environment for students. In this role, you will work directly with students, providing academic and classroom support while assisting teachers with daily instructional activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist classroom teachers with daily instructional activities.
- Reinforce lessons and provide support to individual students or small groups.
- Help maintain student engagement and participation throughout the school day.
- Assist with the preparation and organization of instructional materials.
- Support students with academic and/or physical needs to ensure access to the educational environment.
- Assist during scheduled rest periods as assigned.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by school administration and teaching staff.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 60 college credit hours required.
- College coursework does not need to be in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and school staff.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
- Passion for supporting student learning and development.
