Central Scheduler – Specialty Medical Practice
We are a well-established specialty medical practice seeking a Central Scheduler to join our team.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Schedule appointments for eight physicians, three physician associates, and one nurse practitioner
- Perform general clerical duties, including processing referrals and messaging through the EHR.
- Assist with electronic faxing, including scanning and assigning charts
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a medical office preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Pleasant, professional voice and outgoing personality
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) preferred
- Proficient computer skills required
