Position Overview:

We’re seeking an outgoing, camera-confident in house Social Media Host & Content Creator to engage our audience across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and beyond. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in front of the camera, loves connecting with people, and has a knack for creating content that feels personal, fun, and authentic.

You’ll collaborate closely with our videographer/editor to brainstorm concepts, host shoots, conduct street-style interviews, film product spotlights, and bring our brand personality to life online.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the on-camera host for brand content, including product features, lifestyle videos, challenges, interviews, and event coverage.
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop engaging social-first content ideas.
• Coordinate and help set up video and photo shoots, ensuring everything is ready for smooth production.
• Conduct street-style interviews and on-the-go brand activations, engaging with the public in a fun and approachable way.
• Represent the brand voice and values in all public-facing appearances.
• Assist in creating both short-form and long-form social content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook.
• Stay current with social media trends, viral challenges, and creative formats to keep content fresh and relevant.
• Assist Videographer/Editor with product shoots, building sets and all other content creation needs.
• Understanding and keeping up to date with social media trends.
• Help with any other Social Media/Marketing tasks.

Qualifications:

• Comfortable and confident in front of the camera, with a natural, engaging personality.
• Experience hosting, vlogging, performing, or public speaking (professional or personal content creation).
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and how to tailor content for each.
• Creative thinker who can adapt to spontaneous moments and capture authentic interactions.
• Organized and proactive in helping coordinate shoots and events.
• Passion for health, wellness, and fitness is a plus.
• Ability to travel occasionally for shoots, events, and activations.
• Willing to work weekends for culturally relevant events, company events, interviews etc.
