Aon is looking for a Senior Manager - Strategy and Execution - Global Product Growth!

This is a hybrid role, with the opportunity to work both remotely and from our Chicago or New York City offices.

We are also open to other locations in the Eastern US or Central time zones.

What the day will look like

This role reports into the Reinsurance Strategy and Execution Team to accelerate new and existing product initiatives within the Product Growth Team. This role works in collaboration with the Product Growth Leader, Regional Growth Leaders and individual product leaders to develop global growth strategies and execute growth initiatives for our clients, partners and Product Leaders.'

• Partner with the Product Growth leaders to contribute to strategic growth planning, support commercial development and develop new client solutions to accelerate growth
• Develop strategic business plans and investment cases to facilitate Senior Leadership approval including in-year and long-term revenue growth targets to scale commercial growth
• Partner with Product client leaders to support client activation strategy, inclusive of support for pipeline management, development of value propositions that address client needs
• Partner with Product client leaders and Marketing leadership to develop marketing and thought leadership strategy and support content development, client outreach, conference and panel events
• Support execution and collaboration for Global Product operating model across Product Leadership, Geographical Leaders and Functional / Solution line leadership through support of meeting agendas, communication across Aon leaders and leading strategy offsites and content creation

Skills and experiences that will lead to success

• 7 years' experience within Finance, Strategy and / or (Re)Insurance Sector
• Project management experience including across regional businesses
• Experience in developing and completing strategic plans and driving growth
• Ability to actively and credibly contribute to the overall strategic business agenda influencing decision making
• Strong verbal and written skills, presentation skills
• Strong experience in excel and power point with ability to develop detailed reporting and plans, as well as creation of content

Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, a related field, or equivalent work experience.

The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $120,000 to $160,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on the applicant's geographic location.

This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon's annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
