Pay Transparency Laws
The salary range for this position is $175,000 to $200,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted to reflect applicant’s geographic location.
This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon’s annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance Aon's casualty reinsurance practices in the Latin American region and leading our London Casualty offering.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with the network offices, understanding their needs and providing tailored reinsurance solutions.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and drive growth in casualty reinsurance, using Aon's global resources and expertise to obtain optimal results from the reinsurance market.
- Service Delivery: Coordinate the flow of business from the network offices into the London market in order to generate placement efficiencies.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with other regional leaders and stakeholders in the region to optimize business development and service delivery.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and analyze the competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions and maintain Aon's market leadership.
- Regional Leader: Work closely with the country fac leaders to ensure network offices are positioned to drive growth in this line of business.
- Compliance: Ensure all reinsurance activities comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certifications are preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in casualty reinsurance, with a proven track record in leadership and business development.
- Excellent client relationship management and communication abilities.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the Latin American reinsurance market.
- Ability to navigate complex regulatory environments.
