Aon Affinity is seeking a Digital Content Creator with a strong focus on social video editing. In this role, you will help bring Affinity’s brand stories to life across digital channels by producing engaging, high-quality short-form video content. You will partner with marketing and communications colleagues to create assets that align with Aon’s brand identity, while also driving engagement with audiences across industries.
This role is highly creative and execution-focused, requiring expertise in digital video production, graphic design, strong organizational skills, and the ability to deliver content on time in a fast-paced environment.
This is a virtual role, however preference will be given to candidates on the East Coast.

The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $80,000 to $100,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location.
This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon’s annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.

What The Day Will Look Like
- Create and edit short-form social videos (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) from start to finish.
- Partner with stakeholders to translate campaign briefs into engaging visual content.
- Ensure consistent application of Aon’s brand guidelines across all deliverables.
- Add captions, graphics, and other accessibility features to ensure content inclusivity.
- Manage timelines, versions, and approvals for multiple creative projects simultaneously.
- Track performance metrics and provide insights to optimize future content.
- Create and edit static imagery for all social media content across the entire portfolio.
- Develop brand-consistent assets for all digital channels, establishing and maintaining a cohesive brand voice and strategy across platforms.
- Collaborate closely with the Demand Growth generation team to align on deadlines, subject matter, and creative assets, ensuring timely and relevant content delivery that drives engagement and growth.
- Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- 3-5 years of professional experience in digital content creation, with a portfolio of social video work.
- Strong creative vision and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Collaborative mindset and effective communication skills.
- Familiarity with creative accessibility apps (e.g., captioning tools, alt-text platforms) is preferred.
- College Degree is preferred.
