Experience:
- Proven experience as a Sushi Chef or similar role
- Extensive knowledge of sushi preparation techniques and presentation
- Ability to handle knives and other kitchen equipment safely
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team
