What are the responsibilities and job description for the Corporate Sales Coordinator - Bilingual English & Spanish position at AOC, LLC?
Customer Service is the provision of services to customers before, during and after a purchase. Not only does this position play an important role in our organization's ability to generate income and revenue, but it also sets AOC apart from our competition by providing prompt and impeccable service. To be effective in this position, the Corporate Sales Coordinator must have exceptional interpersonal skills, a high aptitude for problem solving and a working knowledge of our product lines, procedures and guidelines as well as an understanding of how other departments within AOC operate. The Corporate Sales Coordinator must be able to work with a team and/or independently as needed.
The Corporate Sales Coordinator MUST be bilingual in both English and Spanish as this position supports all Customer Service Representatives in USA, Canada, Export, and Mexico by assuming each of their responsibilities while they are out of the office as well as assisting with work overflow daily. This task of coverage will require the Corporate Sales Coordinator to work the normal hours for the Customer Service Representative that is out of the office. In addition, the Corporate Sales Coordinator will also be charged with working on projects within the Sales area as directed by the Customer Service Manager.
