Job Overview
One Archer Lane is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Housekeeping / Janitorial Team Member to join our Maintenance Department.
This position plays an important role in maintaining the appearance, cleanliness, and overall presentation of our residential high-rise community. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys creating clean and welcoming spaces, and understands that attention to detail matters.
This is not a position where speed is the primary objective. We value quality, consistency, and taking the time to do the job right.
Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain common areas, elevators, hallways, restrooms, and amenity spaces
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, sanitize, and polish assigned areas
- Monitor the property for cleanliness and address areas needing attention
- Replenish supplies as needed
- Report maintenance concerns or safety issues to management
- Assist with special cleaning projects as assigned
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude
- Contribute to a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and guests
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work independently and stay productive without constant supervision
- Ability to follow directions and established procedures
- Ability to lift 30 pounds
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
- Ability to work weekends as scheduled
Previous housekeeping, janitorial, hotel, custodial, or cleaning experience is helpful but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.
