Now Hiring: Operations Manager
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our property. This role works directly under the Resident Manager and plays a key part in maintaining high standards across all areas of the property.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support four departments: Maintenance, Custodial, Landscaping, and Residential Services
- Conduct regular inspections of all common areas
- Oversee routine and preventative maintenance programs
- Ensure property cleanliness and upkeep meet established standards
- Investigate and follow up on house rule violations
- Address and resolve water leaks, work orders, and resident concerns
- Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and Department of Labor Regulations and Standards
- Required to respond to all emergencies including water, fire or life-threatening situations.
- Follow through on all assignments and directives issued by the Resident Manager.
Administrative Duties:
- Prepare monthly reports on ongoing and completed projects
- Organize and manage employee schedules
- Track and maintain records of resident citations
- Process personnel action forms including employee PTO, Sick and Holidays
- Process invoices to be paid from operating account
- Organize time sheets for review and submittal
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and problem-solve effectively
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience in property management or operations preferred
