Upscale Waikiki high rise building is looking for a Full Time Security Officer.
Our ideal candidate will be available for 7 days a week for various shifts retirees welcomed. Qualifications include excellent work ethics, neat appearance with a smiling customer service attitude. Must pass background and drug screening. Pay Health benefits. Please apply with resume.
Primary Responsibilities
- Greet residents and guests in a professional, courteous manner always.
- Open doors for unit owners and authorized residents as needed.
- Maintain a visible and approachable presence in the lobby and common areas.
- Ensure House Rules are being followed.
Patrol & Monitoring Duties
- Conduct hourly walkthroughs in the following areas:
o Basement
o Pool deck and recreation room, pickleball court and shower/sauna.
o Parking garage including stairwells
o Parking circle and around the building
o Roof at least once per shift
- Monitor all security cameras and take appropriate
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
