DTF Operator

A O Swag is the leading supplier of online store solutions for corporations, college, and the Greek market. By utilizing the on-demand production method, we continuously push the status quo on the custom apparel and promotional item industry. We are seeking an Operator for our DTF (Direct to Film) P rocess to help our business meet continuous client needs.

Location: Coppell, Texas

Shifts Available

• 1st shift – 6:00am to 2:30pm (Monday to Friday)
  
  

Operator Is Responsible For

• Loading production sheets into the appropriate machine
• Working with management to assist in performance management as needed
• Assisting Heat Press (decal) department as needed
• Providing support to Direct to Film team
• Performing minor machine repairs and keeping supplies and work area clean and organized
• Other duties as assigned
  
  

Requirements

• Experience with M&R Quatro machines
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (Preferred)
• Able to stay on your feet for entire shift
• Ability to pass a background test
• Occasionally lift heavy boxes/objects (up to 50 lbs )
• High school diploma or equivalent Basic reading and verbal communication skills
