What You'll Be Doing

Rather than cold calling, you'll meet virtually with individuals who have requested information about available benefit programs.

Your responsibilities include:

• Conducting virtual appointments with prospective clients
• Learning about each client's needs and recommending appropriate benefit options
• Explaining products and answering questions clearly and professionally
• Assisting clients with applications and enrollment
• Maintaining accurate client records and follow-up communication
• Providing excellent customer service before, during, and after enrollment
• Participating in virtual training sessions and team meetings
• Working independently while collaborating with a supportive remote team
