Role Description
This is a full-time remote position for an Insurance Agent. The Insurance Agent will be responsible for providing customized insurance solutions to clients, engaging in insurance sales, responding to client inquiries, and maintaining strong relationships through excellent customer service. Additional tasks include assisting clients in understanding policy options and staying informed about insurance products and services.
Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience in Insurance Sales, Insurance, and Insurance Brokerage
- Familiarity with financial concepts and ability to assist clients with financial planning solutions
- Strong Customer Service skills to build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in a remote setting
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and software relevant to insurance operations
- Relevant certifications and licenses for selling insurance (or willingness to obtain them)
