Job Summary
We are currently expanding and looking for driven, coachable individuals to join our remote sales team. This is an entry-level opportunity with full training provided no prior experience required.

Responsibilities
- Meet with clients virtually to review life insurance and supplemental benefit options
- Educate individuals and families on coverage that fits their needs and budget
- Work with company-provided leads to schedule and conduct appointments (no cold calling)
- Follow a structured sales system and training program to guide client conversations
- Maintain consistent follow-up and build strong client relationships
- Track personal performance metrics and strive to meet or exceed goals
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing professional development
Qualifications
- Strong work ethic and self-motivation
- Coachable with a willingness to learn and follow a proven system
- Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Competitive mindset (athletic or sales background is a plus)
- Basic computer skills and access to a laptop/desktop with internet with zoom
- Must be licensed or be willing to invest in getting licensed in Life & Health
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S

Compensation:
- This is a 100% commission, performance-based opportunity with weekly pay, bonuses, residual income, management compensation, and uncapped earning potential. There is no base salary.
