About the Opportunity

American Income Life is seeking motivated, service-focused individuals with strong communication skills to join our sales team. Our approach centers on clear communication, dependable service, and helping clients understand the insurance options available to them.

You will connect with individuals who have requested benefit information, discuss their needs, and guide them through the application process.

This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity with 100% commission-based compensation. No hourly wage or base salary is provided.

Your Responsibilities

• Make and receive calls to connect with prospective and existing clients.
• Schedule appointments with individuals who have requested benefit information.
• Conduct virtual presentations through Zoom to explain insurance products and coverage options.
• Recommend and sell coverage based on each client’s needs.
• Discuss additional coverage options with existing policyholders when appropriate.
• Complete and submit insurance applications accurately.
• Follow up on outstanding documents and underwriting requirements.
• Track daily activity and report performance results.
• Participate in optional training sessions to develop product knowledge and sales skills.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education is welcome.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organization and time management.
• A dependable work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Customer service, retail, or sales experience is helpful but not required.
• A valid life insurance license, or willingness to obtain one. Licensing fees apply if you are not already licensed.
