- As a Managing Principal Broker, you will have the opportunity to lead and run Coldwell Banker’s local brokerage office in Bend, OR. You are responsible for everything from recruiting and developing the real estate agents of the future to driving revenue, backed by the latest technology.

Your Qualifications:
- Experienced in all aspects of residential real estate transactions with 3-5 years of sales experience; knowledge of real estate laws, contracts and procedures; must hold an active principal managing broker's license in OR; Market experience in Bend, OR is preferred.
- Proven management success, including recruiting, training and encouraging incredible teams.
- Self-motivated and ambitious, aware of current technology and willing to seek out and accept new and emerging technology to drive growth!
