Key Responsibilities Funding & Disbursement
- Review lender funding instructions and closing documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare and process wire transfers and checks for disbursement of funds.
- Balance escrow files prior to funding to ensure all funds are accounted for.
Compliance & Accuracy
- Ensure all transactions comply with Utah state regulations, RESPA, and company policies.
- Verify payoff statements, commissions, and other disbursements for accuracy.
- Maintain detailed records of all funding activities for audit purposes.
Communication & Support
- Collaborate with Escrow Officers, lenders, and internal teams to resolve funding issues promptly.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and partners during the funding process.
Problem Resolution
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in funding packages quickly and efficiently.
- Escalate complex issues to management when necessary.
Qualifications- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred).
- Experience:- Minimum 1–2 years in escrow, title, or mortgage funding preferred.
- Familiarity with real estate closing processes and lender requirements.
- Skills:- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in escrow software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge:- Understanding of Utah escrow laws and regulations.
- Basic accounting principles for balancing files.
Work Environment- Full-time position, Monday–Friday.
- Office-based with occasional remote flexibility depending on company policy.
