Summary
- As a mover, every day is different. Some days you might help pack up a house, maybe move someone to a new apartment, or even deliver a fridge. As a mover we take on a variety of different jobs, and you will be integral to our team in helping maintain professionalism, safely moving and transporting items, and communicating well with team members and clients.
OUR INDUSTRY-LEADING PAY STRUCTURE
- $18-$20 an hour in our mover position. After 2 months on the job, you are eligible for pay raise if you meet certain standards. (Opportunity to become a team lead. Team leads range from $20-$22/hr.)
- Tips: average $300 per month. 60% of jobs tip. Tips generally range from $20-$40. So it's like adding an extra $3-$5 per hour to your wage.

Responsibilities
- Load and unload furniture and other belongings, ensuring careful handling to prevent damage.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients during the moving process.
- Assist in packing and unpacking items, utilizing proper techniques for heavy lifting.
- Safely operate box trucks and vans to transport items to designated locations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations while driving and handling equipment, And while moving belongings.
Qualifications
- Someone with a positive attitude. Moving is considered to be one of the most stressful things people do in life. We can take that stress away by proving excellent moving services and a positive attitude.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual labor.
- Be able to pass a background check.
- Have a valid Drivers license. Bonus if you have experience with Box truck driving, or driving with a trailer.
