RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
Accounts Receivable
- Record customer payments and prepare deposits
- Provide support in preparing and generating invoices
- Generate and send monthly customer statements
- Assist with tracking overdue invoices
- Communicate with customers regarding outstanding balance
Accounts Payable
- Process and verify bills
- Reconcile and pay sales tax
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions
- Help maintain accurate and organized financial records
General Finance Support
- Assist with organizing financial data and reporting
- Help prepare spreadsheets and basic reports
- Support accuracy between ConnectWise and QuickBooks
- Maintain organized digital finance records
Future Responsibilities (Growth Path)
- Create and send invoices for service, project work, and monthly agreements
- Verify the accuracy of all service, project, and agreement invoices
- Address customer questions or concerns related to invoices
- Manage payroll checks in the online system and transfer data into QuickBooks
- Maintain accurate product and item lists in ConnectWise and QuickBooks
- Collaborate with management to optimize finance software configuration
- Prepare tax materials and assist with 1099 preparation

Schedule: Flexible schedule; in-office training required, hybrid/remote once established.

Starting Compensation: $18–$20 per hour to start, with opportunities for increases as responsibilities grow.
