ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Builds knowledge of supported product lines, service standards, and procedures
• Can perform repairs and maintenance jobs with minimal/no supervision
• Basic testing knowledge of equipment systems
• Can repair and recondition equipment components and systems
• Develops and employs diagnostic related skills
• Conducts work in a safe and efficient manner
• Maintains a Safe and Insurable Driving Record
• Maintains a clean and safe working environment
• Maintains and cares for shop owned tools, equipment, and vehicles
• Completes all paperwork required for jobs
• Maintains close, positive working relationships with all personnel
• May perform other duties as directed by the Service Management

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Must have 5 years of diesel experience, and be a proficient technician
• Has minimum 2-year Diesel Technology or Automotive Technology degree or equivalent work experience
• Requires a valid driver’s license and the ability to maintain an insurable driving record
• Obtains or is willing to obtain certification to perform MN DOT Annual Inspections

• Must pass Pre-Employment Drug Test and Background Check

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 - $34.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
