Anytime Garage Door is growing, and we're looking for a Recruiting Specialist to join our team and help identify the next generation of talent across our nationwide markets.

This is a great opportunity for someone with recruiting experience — or someone coming from sales, customer service, hospitality, administrative, or another people-focused role who wants to build a career in recruiting.

What You'll Do

You'll be one of the first points of contact for candidates interested in joining Anytime Garage Door.

Your primary focus will be reviewing applications, identifying strong candidates, and scheduling qualified applicants with our Interviewing Recruiter.

You'll also:

• Review applications and resumes to identify qualified candidates
• Conduct initial candidate screenings and gather basic information
• Reach out to candidates by phone, text, and email
• Schedule qualified candidates for interviews with the Interviewing Recruiter
• Clearly communicate position details, expectations, and next steps
• Keep candidate information and recruiting activity up to date in our systems
• Follow up with candidates throughout the early stages of the hiring process
• Help maintain a strong, organized candidate pipeline
• Partner with the recruiting team to help meet hiring goals
• Provide candidates with a professional and positive first experience with Anytime Garage Door

As you grow in the role, there will be opportunities to take on additional recruiting responsibilities and develop your career within the Recruiting Team.

Experience

Preferred:

• Recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, or sourcing experience
• High-volume recruiting experience
• Experience in sales, customer service, or other people-focused positions
• Experience using ATS, recruiting platforms, or job boards

No direct recruiting experience? That's okay.

We're open to candidates who have demonstrated strong communication, organization, follow-through, and relationship-building skills and are excited to learn recruiting.

Compensation

$60,000 annual salary opportunity to earn recruiting bonuses

This is a salaried position with additional earning potential based on recruiting performance and results.
