Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced CDL driver with a Hazmat endorsement and rack certification to join our team in Salt Lake City. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering fuel to commercial and industrial clients, ensuring all deliveries are completed safely and on time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a Class B CDL vehicle with Hazmat materials in compliance with DOT regulations.
- Load and unload fuel at designated locations.
- Maintain accurate logs and delivery records.
- Inspect vehicle and equipment to ensure proper and safe operation.
- Communicate with dispatch regarding delivery schedules and routes.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and environmental regulations.
- Conduct routine vehicle maintenance checks.
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries.
- Follow company and industry safety standards at all times.
Qualifications:
- Valid CDL Class A or B license with Hazmat endorsement.
- Rack certified to load fuel at terminals a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of CDL driving experience (fuel transport preferred).
- Clean driving record.
- Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
