Anytime Flooring is seeking a Site Superintendent for immediate hire! Anytime Flooring is a leading flooring and installation provider in the Southeast Region. Job Summary: The Site Superintendent will assist and manage in the completion of commercial flooring construction projects.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: (Included but not limited to)
- Supervise and coordinate flooring installation crews on active job sites
- Manage day-to-day operations and scheduling for assigned projects
- Maintain strong communication with clients, contractors, and company leadership
- Identify and resolve problems quickly to keep projects on schedule and within scope
- Ensure all work meets company quality standards and client expectations
- Monitor jobsite safety and compliance
- Ability to handle multiple projects and make decisions using Anytime Flooring's core values of Quality Service, Drive, Passion, Value and Healthy Culture
Required Skills and Abilities:
- A bachelor’s degree in construction management preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in flooring installation or construction supervision
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive mindset
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Commitment to a strong work ethic and accountability
- Knowledge of commercial flooring systems
- Tech savvy and proficient in Microsoft programs
- Ability to perform construction related tasks in the field if needed
- A strong focus on customer relations
- Valid drivers license and clear driving record
- Ability to pass a drug screen
- Ability to travel is required
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time
- Ability to pass a Fit for Duty Screening
