Personal Training Sales Manager

Are you passionate about fitness, sales, and helping others achieve their goals? We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Personal Training Sales Manager to join our growing team!

This position is responsible for driving the overall success and growth of the Personal Training departments across two Anytime Fitness locations. The ideal candidate is a strong relationship-builder, competitive, coachable, and passionate about helping both members and team members succeed. You will own the Personal Training sales performance in both locations, leading sales efforts, developing relationships with members, and creating a high-energy environment focused on achieving results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own Personal Training Sales: Take full ownership of Personal Training sales and Personal training revenue across two club locations, driving consistent growth and exceeding monthly sales goals.
• Personal Training Sales: Generate leads, conduct fitness consultations, follow up with members, and convert opportunities into new Personal Training clients.
• Revenue Growth: Monitor key performance metrics and implement strategies to grow Personal Training revenue at both locations.
• Member Engagement: Build strong relationships with members, identify their fitness needs, and educate them on how Personal Training can help them reach their goals.
• Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and hold Personal Trainers accountable to sales, service, and performance expectations.
• Coaching & Development: Help Personal Trainers improve their sales skills, client relationships, appointment setting, follow-up, and overall performance.
• Sales Leadership: Lead by example through daily prospecting, follow-up, appointments, consultations, and closing opportunities.
• Community Outreach: Participate in events and community outreach opportunities to increase awareness of both clubs and generate new Personal Training leads.
• Member Retention: Create an exceptional experience for members and Personal Training clients that encourages long-term engagement and results.
• Club Standards: Help ensure both facilities, equipment, and the overall member experience consistently meet company standards.

What You'll Need:

• Previous Personal Training or fitness industry experience preferred
• Previous fitness sales experience strongly preferred
• Passion for customer-focused sales and helping people achieve their goals
• Strong sales, communication, and relationship-building skills
• High levels of ambition, competitiveness, and compassion
• Strong work ethic, honesty, discipline, and integrity
• Ability to lead, motivate, and hold others accountable

Pay:

$45,000 base salary commission

Work Schedule:

• Monday–Thursday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (when working Saturday)
• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM (two Saturdays per month)
