The General Sales Manager at Anytime Fitness will oversee daily sales operations, drive member acquisition, and ensure optimal member satisfaction. In this full-time, on-site role based in San Tan Valley, AZ, the General Sales Manager will be responsible for setting and achieving sales targets, managing memberships, leading outreach initiatives, and building relationships within the community. Additionally, the manager will train and guide the sales team, monitor performance, and consistently strive to exceed member expectations and business objectives.

• Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills
• Experience in team leadership, sales strategy development, and performance coaching
• Knowledge of fitness industry trends and passion for promoting health and wellness
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and tools for tracking sales and customer interactions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and motivate staff
• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining a customer-first approach
• Relevant experience in sales management, retail, or a fitness-related field preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
• Availability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends
