Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership: Achieve membership and personal training sales goals.
- Club Performance: Oversee overall financial performance and creatively drive growth within the fitness franchise.
- Personal Training: Deliver engaging and high-quality Small Group Personal Training sessions for individuals of all fitness levels, fostering an inclusive and supportive environment.
- Member Engagement: Regularly communicate with members to keep them informed and involved.
- Service Excellence: Motivate and guide members, providing programming that helps them achieve their fitness goals.
- Self-Starter: Work individually on a daily basis, hold oneself accountable to deadlines and daily job responsibilities.
- Community Outreach: Organize events to enhance community awareness and drive new memberships.
- Facility Standards: Ensure that equipment and cleanliness meet company standards consistently.
Qualifications:
- Experience coaching small group personal training sessions
- Strong communication skills
- Fun, personable team player with a positive attitude
- Coachable and eager to learn
- Ability to instruct clients in Anytime Fitness training techniques
- Career-oriented mindset
- Ability to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds

Work Schedule:
- Monday - Thursday: 11AM - 7 PM
- Friday: 9 AM - 3 PM
- Saturday: 9 AM - 12 PM (seasonally)
