The Anytime Fitness team is seeking a motivated and experienced Gym Membership Manager to join our growing clubs in Westchester County. This part-time position involves managing fitness center operations, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the overall success of our facilities.
Responsibilities:
- Manage facilities with top-notch cleaning and organizational skills.
- Handle prospective members, members' needs, security, and other tasks as required.
- Oversee sales of membership and personal training services.
- Assist with marketing and communications efforts.
- Clerical office work, including CRM database management and payment tracking/billing.
Requirements:
- 1 years of experience in health club management.
- Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Personal Training Certification (not mandatory but preferred).
- Friendly attitude and excellent communication skills.
- Reliable transportation for traveling between locations.
